Real Caucasian hospitality!!! Very friendly, hospitable hosts!!! A large and friendly family who are always ready to help. We were treated to homemade wine!! Excellent location, everything you need for a good holiday is nearby.

My husband and I rested in this hotel in August 2025. Convenient location (center of Kobuleti). The sea is a 5-minute walk away. To the left of the hotel are shops, cafes, restaurants and a market. Where you can buy everything from fruits to clothes. The hosts are very hospitable and welcoming. They constantly treat you to homemade delicacies. The hotel is modern, well renovated and furnished. The room is clean and has everything you need. On the floor there is a kitchen, fully equipped with furniture and appliances (dishwasher, washing machine) And special thanks for the electric Turk (coffee was brewed in it every morning). I recommend it for everything.

The owners of the guest house, you are simply wonderful! Thank you for your hospitality and the conditions created for a comfortable stay! The room is clean, newly renovated, comfortable shower, air conditioning. The sea is literally a stone's throw away... The territory has its own parking for several cars. There is also a shared kitchen - everything is new and clean, but there are not enough utensils for cooking, there is a washing machine. Next to the hotel there is a small supermarket and a very attractive patisserie.

The windows overlooked the road and in the evenings it was a bit noisy when you opened the balcony. However, by night there were fewer cars.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. We rent a room for two. What can I say... This is a place where you want to return) They greet you like dear guests and see you off like family The rooms are clean and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and excellent dishes) if you have any wishes or questions, everything is resolved quickly. There is working WIFI throughout the entire territory. And what’s also important is that you have your own parking on site! It's a two-minute walk to the sea and a clean beach with small pebbles and a beautiful embankment awaits you. The hotel is located in the center, close to a bunch of shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as a market within walking distance! In general, we have discovered the ideal place to relax!
